  So I came in to ship out 3 textbooks, I had 2 prepaid labels and 1 box. I bought a large yellow pouch for one of the textbooks and proceeded to use the scotch tape they had on hand to attach the shipping labels. The lady comes up to me and says don't use the scotch tape to close the box (obviously....) and then says that I am using too much tape. What? 5 pieces to attach a shipping label to the box. She then says they have pouches for it, easily could have said this when I came in. There was no one else in the store. So I stop what I'm doing and just go up to pay, I say thank you and she says nothing. I will not be coming back here.
