  The first time at this store was because of a billing problem with my wife's Verizon bill. At that time Katrina was working at the store and took the "bull by the horns". She was very attentive to our needs. She was very patient with us and continued to work on the problem until it was resolved (and it was). There have been other visits to the store as well, for either damaged phones, upgrades, or technical problems. On each visit we dealt mostly with Katrina. She treats you like her only customer so you don't feel rushed and she always has a solution to whatever may be your concern. Great store, great staff.
